and for this (see below), IMHO, EHN needs to step down. She missed an opportunity in a national spotlight, to educate and arouse some troops. she (our delegate) should be eloquent at all times on the basic wrong, especially in front of a crowd who might get agitated about it. She should be shaming America, saying they won't even give us a full chitlin dinner, let alone the real meal of equality in statehood.
I think she's been there too long (like most of them). I don't know if she spearheaded the effort but she is in the force that let the statehood fire go out. She's acting like she's a "real" representative, addressing external issues that I'm sure many DC residents don't give a rat's behind about. I want her to be my DELEGATE to fight for my equality. I don't want a CONGRESSPERSON until we are a state. In other words, I want a first-class delegate and a first-class shadow, not a second-class representative nor second-class senator.
